"All is great except jacuzzi cannot be used. And I had stayed here 2 different times over 2 weeks, so it is a bit frustrating as I feel like the facility is not well maintained."

"pengalaman menginap di Park Hyatt KL sangat best. kekurangan pengalaman pertama saya adalah check in process saya delay hampir 2 jam menunggu bilik. tetapi pihak hotel telah compensate Late Check out up until 2PM, Free Breakfast dan credit juga dan saya sangat berpuas hati dgn tawaran itu. Hope can check in again here with nice view, pool and especially food kat sana sgt sedap portion pun besar juga bebaloi dgn harganya juga Breakfast dia semi buffet tp semua sedap dan juga try inroom dining food mmg sedap improvement parking signage ke area parking hotel warna tidak sama dgn tiang. Signage tunjuk warna orange tetapi tiang area warna kearah maroon gelap"

"This hotel is located an easy monorail trip from KL Sentral and walking distance to many attractions eg KL Tower, Petronas towers, etc and near many resta5and shopping centres eg Pavilion. Rooms have really comfortable beds and pillows, a small fridge, tea/coffee making facilities, air conditioning, good Wifi, TV with limited channels and nice bathrooms. Rooms are serviced daily. Hotel has a cafe (limited menu) and the food is really nice. Breakfasts are included and are plentiful (cereals, breads, pastries, hot western food, hot Asian food, etc). Would definitely stay there again as very central, good staff and reasonably priced."

"Clean.Comfortable bed+pillows.Courteous friendly staffs reception, bell boys, valet,servers(bfast) and housekeeper. The Coffee lounge was supposedly closed at 8:30pm, but at 7:30pm she had turned off the lights and wrapped up. Special thx to Mr Steven for seeing that my Coffee+Muffins was sent to the Kapitan Dining hall.Bfast: Wide but not tasty. Stale breads and cakes.Nothing would make you go for seconds. Nasi Lemak’s ikan bilis is hard and salty..shameful for a national pride dish. I tried to order coffee to chill and enjoy the evening at rooftop, but was denied by staff.Nxt time I’ll try another place for a staycation."
