"Nice interior, everything is clean, friendly stuff and great location. I didn't like the bed and pillows, they were not comfy. The hose in the shower was not flexible, it was hard to operate it. The water pressure was low and the towel hangers were lose, so you can't use them and this is crucial, since there is no other place in the bathroom for them"

"My wife and I stayed for two nights at the Medici Hotel in September 2025 (Executive double apartment). We absolutely loved the apt and the hotel. The suite was spacious, very modern and had a huge full bathroom, plus a guest toilet. The hotel itself is incredibly beautiful and luxurious, and all the hotel personnel were very professional, friendly and helpful. The hotel is also perfectly located in the old city. This is the only place we will stay from now on when we visit Dusseldorf. "
