Really bad, seem not to care about the guests.

I know this is a budget place, and 100eur pr night is not a lot. But - too much noise as the location is right in the middle of the old town with all the bars and restaurants. Also, there was only a thin door between my room and my neighbour, meaning that I could hear everything even when they had their tv turned on. Also, no heating in the room as the radiator had no handle, so needed to sleep fully dressed. Sent them an sms regarding the missing handle, as they didn't even bother to respond, they get only 1 star from me. Room is ok and location fine (except for the noise from street and possible neughbours). Would only recommend to young people.

Estaria bien aire acondicionado, ya que por el ruido tienes que cerrar ventanas, él apartamento está bien. Tiene lo básico y es confortable. Incluso pedi entrar antes del check in y sin problemas y salir un poco después de la hora y sin problamas. Estuve con mi hijo y la verdad los dos muy bien y agusto.Tengo claro que repetiré.

Für den Preis und die Lage durchaus i.O. Duschvorhang schon länger defekt. Dunkle schmale Gänge. Schranktüren hingen durch. Dafür war eine Küchenzeile integriert mit Kühlschrank, bei den momentanen Temperaturen sehr angenehm.

vies, versleten interieur, geen service, tussen de bedden lag een kaasstengel, niet schoon, buurt erg luidruchtig ivm uitgaansgelegenheden die tot 04:30 de muziek zeer hard hebben staan. Parkeren in de omgeving is duur

The location is AMAZING! It's right in the heart of Old Town. Bars, restaurants and shops at every turn! If you are someone who isn't going to be staying in the room all day, then this one is good for the price. You can't beat the location. It's self check in and the machine wasn't working so we had to call the number listed and someone gave us the codes over the phone.

They cancelled my booking (made 6 months in advance) days before the stay - after confirming the booking twice per telephone & mail. They did have available rooms, but offered it only at the current price - approx 5 times the price from my original booking. I ended up staying somewhere else.

Apartment-style hotel in heart of Dusseldorf

Excellent location, in the town center (Altstadt), near the river. Many restaurants in immediate location and ferris wheel. Convenient to subway. (Can be a little noisy at night, but that goes with the territory) Great concept!

This was a disaster....TV didn't work, WiFi didn't work, no response to requests to repair. Small face towels instead of bath towels. Heating system terrible....boil or freeze. Curtains leave you exposed to view from adjacent buildings.

Dette gikk dårlig.

Oppholdet fikk en meget dårlig start da Automaten for innsjekk ikke virket. Problemet forsterket seg da det telefon nr jeg hadde fått oppgitt fra dere var et Fax nr!!!!!!! Men det var notert et nr på en dør ved Automaten, så det var håp. Forsøkte å ringe 10 ganger rundt kl 16, intet svar. Forsøkte nye 8 oppringinger ca kl 18 intet svar. Etter flere forsøk utover kvelden og søk etter nye overnattings muligheter og forsøk på å finne folk i tilknytning til Hotellet fikk jeg svar kl 2026. Da var det ca 30 forsøk på telefonen og forsøk å prate med folk som drev restauranter og barer i gata for å finne folk som kunne svar. Kl 2050 etter å måtte forlate resturangen i det biff middagen ble servert. Så dette ble en meget dårlig opplevelse. Men det ble en god natts søvn. Det ble det ikke neste natt, da en restaurant litt lengre bort i gata spilte vanvittig høy og bass befengt musikk fremt i ca kl 0500 på morgenkvisten, det var så det skranglete i deler av inventaret. Unterkunft ist preisleistungs-technisch sowie von der Lage her absolut top. Lediglich die ab und an von anderen bereits erwähnte Altstadt-Lautstärke ist vorhanden. Mich hat sie am schlafen allerdings nicht gehindert und ich buche gerne wieder...

Top: zentrale Lage, Größe des Zimmers, Preis, Sauberkeit im Bad und Böden Zu verbessern: Haare und schwarze Krümel in den frisch bezogenen Betten, ausgefranste Verdunklungsrollos No Go: Essensreste in der Kitchenette (angebrochene Tüte Salat im Kühlschrank, ...), Tauben auf dem Flur, die ab 5 Uhr gurren und Dreck hinterlassen.
