"The hotel itself was very nice, clean, comfortable, and well located. The facilities and amenities were excellent, and I appreciated the convenience and comfort during my stay. At check-in the night before, the lady at reception was extremely kind and helpful. I asked if it was possible to stay until 12:00 instead of the usual 11:00 checkout since we had traveled from far, and she graciously agreed.
