"The staff amazing but the restaurant was way too expensive and no selection at all same thing every night. The breakfast on the other hand was fantastic. We didn’t like no elevator as it was very hard for seniors to carry so much luggage. also we prefer coffee in the room. There wasn’t a fridge we had one finally brought into the room. Also no cable on tv was a pain it took two people to figure it out so it would work."

"My husband and I stayed for 4 nights.....very spacious room. Air conditioning and fridge/freezer was turned on for us when we arrived, which was nice. I was excited to use the indoor pool and hot tub for our stay....only to find that the pool was closed for repairs 😞 but we used the hot tub, even though it was on the smaller side...but, hot and lots of jets. The hotel had a complimentary breakfast every morning, which was satisfactory. But if you're looking for eggs/bacon, they don't have...

"We had a couple of small issues with our room and the staff were incredibly helpful and quick to come and sort it out. I think it took them 30 seconds to come and bring us a new coffee machine!"
