"Very much enjoyed our 3 nights at Pike's. Our room was clean and comfortable; the blackout curtains worked well to keep the midnight sun from lighting up the room too much. The staff was friendly, and the breakfast was good as well with several hot options. Really enjoyed the nice areas in the back along the river. Would stay here again."

"Such a wonderful place to stay! We used this location as our home base for all of our excursions to Talkeetna and Denali. We stayed 4 nights which allowed us to settle in a bit. We loved the s'mores as night and the kids loved using the swings. The cabin (cabin 2) was perfect for our family of 4. Looks like it was recently renovated and very clean. Loved the screened in porch for morning breakfast. Great black out curtains. Hosts were great sources of information and answered any questions we had about the area. Only dowside was that the pillows were a little flat to my prefernce."

"When we booked this (and 2 other Princess lodge stops), I didn’t realize it was tied to the cruise line (and land ‘cruise). We liked it, and was definitley more modern than the other options in the area. Rooms were nice. Drawback was no parking close to your room and no fridge/microwave. A bit warm at first since no ac and blinds were open to sun all day. Would benefit from a few activities on site (ie corn home or horse shoes like some of the other lodges have). "
