"Was here for BTS. Very convenient and walking distance to Allegiant Stadium. We originally booked Mandalay but upon check in they said we would be staying at the W. "It was a family trip, and we absolutely loved our stay at the Conrad. The location was excellent, the hotel was clean, luxurious, and felt much more exclusive than other hotels in the area. "This resort is huge!!! Be prepared for A LOT of walking to get to just about anything. Dining options on site are mostly high end with the exception of a handful of restaurants quite a distance from Palazzo. Casino, of course, smells of smoke. Also, as is the case with most resorts, any sort of soft drink or non-alcoholic beverage will cost you in the $7 to $10 range. Nice resort, just not easy to navigate and waaaaay too expensive on incidentals."

"First day of check in the door lock was not working due to law battery according to the nice cleaning lady who helped us contact the maintenance guy. The phone next to the elevator to call for help was not working. Found 2 little bugs 1 crawling in the shower floor and 1 crawling outside the shower that was nasty, not sure where did it come from but I got so paranoid sleeping at night. Also the smell of the sewer was so bad while we were walking at the back of the hotel coming from Allegiant...
