"LOCATION AND STAFF ARE AMAZING!! I can't speak to other rooms, but our room was beautiful however the bathroom was unfortunately not as maintained as I had hoped. The toilet sometimes would lag on flushing, the water pressure when showering was extremely low and the bathroom door needs fixing. But again, as for the room it was nice, the bed was comfortable and the outdoor patio was great. I never saw anyone swimming in the pool, it definitely could've used a skim but truly the location and staff...

"Very unsatisfied with my stay in the twin room. Cleanliness was terrible, with stains on all the towels and bed sheets. Pillows all smells mouldy. Bathroom without exhausting fan and with strong sewage smells. On the first night there were two huge spiders in our room, we can’t find anyone to help at around 10.30pm because reception finished work at 10pm. We couldn’t sleep until around 1am because we only managed to kick one of the two spiders out. I told the reception girl the next morning that...

"We had a lovely stay at pinkprivate balangan. The rooms were immaculate and fully equipped. The pool was lovely especially with the big day beds at either end. The breakfast had limited options but the food was very tasty and fresh. They also had contacts for everything, we got massages, hired a scooter and got laundry done all for reasonable prices. The staff were super inviting, helpful and polite. The location was quiet but only a short walk to cafes, supermarkets and a short grab ride to...

"Lovely room, nice quiet place, excellent breakfast. Pool could have more sunbeds but that was only slight negative. Really enjoyed our stay"
