"The room had a few roaches, floor and shower were dirty and kitchen appliances were dirty too. We could not use the kitchen, our main reason to stay here. We will not be back."

"The photos listed are not of this property. You are across the street from the ocean. The unit was hodge podge. Only outlet to plug your phone is was above the stove so the cords were hanging down. Tiny coffee maker but no way to plug that in unless you sat it on the stove and used that same outlet. Ceiling fan missing a blade. Water was brownish yellow"

"Horrible experience in this property, i booked an ocean front room for my stay and i received a room on a first floor overlooking the gazebo roof and a little bit of an ocean in a distance Throughout my stay they were doing a construction work in multiple locations in a resort and paving a parking lot which made parking horrible, One of the main pools is closed(supposedly for few months now) so the other pool was packed with people, also they don’t provide room service, which i never heard...

"The rooms are clean. The kitchenettes were helpful for long stays. The cook top worked decently. The breakfast bar was ok. The coffee wasn’t real hot though. I like that they did potatoes with breakfast cause most places don’t. The pool area was good but the pool itself wasn’t-had things floating in it. Staff that I encountered were pleasant. Housekeeping upon request. But in room trash can the size of a large purse. But can’t leave in hall but no place to take it out of the room seemed odd."

"Staff was incredibly friendly, check in was seamless, they even follow up with you to ensure everything is to your liking. The rooms were very clean and well maintained. This is one of the best hotels in the downtown WPB area. Will stay again in the future."
