The room was in need of a paint job in the bathroom and floor was filthy the hand towel had see better days this was a birthday treat we had a long drive getting there so was to tired to complain not even a biscuit sounds petty but come on the raddison had a better stay at the Clayton

The staff were efficient, polite, friendly even when it was very busy in reception. Standard room was bigger than I expected, clean and the bed was very busy comfy.
