Hotel Dekat Pavilion Pameran Hikiyama Festival Otsu

"客室、ロビーともに清潔で気持ちがよかったです。スタッフの方とコンタクトがあったのは、チェックイン、ツアー、朝食の3回で全員担当者さんが違いましたがコミュニケーションが取りやすく距離感が適度で心地よかったです。商店街を利用してほしいとのメッセージをお聞きしたときに、ただ宿として存在しているのではなく、周囲の町と一緒にあるコンセプトの芯が通っていると感じました。"

"We took a gamble staying here with it being a new hotel and there being no reviews but it absolutely paid off!! We had a wonderful stay here! The hotel is absolutely beautiful, and the rooms are really spacious!! The photos of the hotel dont do it justice. Its also spotlessly clean and they provide you with absolutely everything; face masks on arrival, perfect self pamper following a day of exploring! They also provide you with creams, all the toiletries you need, hair bobbles, ear plugs,...

"The staff here is outstanding! The room was cozy and romantic and the location was perfect!"

"Wonderful experience."

"Quarto maravilhoso, estilo japonês, grande e confortável. A localização deixa um pouco a desejar, meio afastado. O horários do check in a partir das 16hs e principalmente o de check out as 10 hs ,me desagradou."

"Exceptional host and fantastic location."

"Words can’t explain how beautiful this hotel is and in the perfect location! The hotel is absolutely amazing and the views are unmatched. I’ve stayed at many great hotels but nothing compares to this one! Breakfast is fantastic and staff is so incredibly kind! Worth staying here when you come to Kyoto!!! Amazing!!!"

"We were immediately greeted by the warm and smiling staff of this sweet hotel right in the historic Gion district. We loved our large room and the heated floors in our bathroom. We had breakfast each morning that was delicious and ate dinner on our last night there which was out of this world!!! I’m so happy we stayed here."

"Amazing room, great location and friendly and helpful staff"

"The room was really nice. Very spacious and beautifully designed. Our room appeared to be one of two rooms overlooking a car park but that didn’t bother us. It was a bonus to be able to log in to Netflix at the end of long days touring and making use of the hotel’s happy hour between 3:00 pm and 6:00 pm. There’s easy access to their garden. We didn’t eat at their restaurant and the breakfast option did seem a bit pricey. All staff were very friendly and professional. We would definitely stay...

"Amazing experience!"

"The room felt spacious relative to other hotels we visited in Japan, and everything was clean. They supplied all the standard amenities for our stay. The only drawback was the lack of daily room cleaning and a laundry room; however, they replaced our towels everyday, and also shared details about a laundromat three minutes away from the hotel. The staff were very kind and assisted with forwarding our luggage to our next stop."
