"The building is nice but it's not being maintained too well. Housekeeping is every two days but there is no sign telling you this. The revlolving door in front gets stuck, the products were not full, the towels and sheets are a bit ragged (some faint stains on towel and sheet had threads coming loose) and the housekeeper left some hair behind in the bathroom. Overall, hotel is still nice and clean and smells good, but management should take better care for higher quality."

"I stayed at Ginkgo House on Harvard while attending a conference and couldn’t have been happier. The place was spotless, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the whole atmosphere made me feel right at home. The location is super convenient—close to everything I needed. I’ll definitely recommend this place to all my friends and would love to stay here again. Thank you for a great experience!"

"4 nights for business. Overpriced during a global conference but still best deal in town. Very conveniently close to a station of the T red line. 15 minutes to downtown - much better than by car or bus. My room got flooded. That happens and was fixed somewhat. But no comment or apology from management. Front desk impersonal. "

"Beautiful place. But floor in the bathroom was a little sticky. Yuck. When I checked in, I was shown a beautiful dining room where breakfast would be served. But then, instead, it was served in a much more shabby room. Also, the included breakfast was quite skimpy. Extra charge for a real breakfast. (Also, I may be wrong, but I don’t think the word “potatoes” appears anywhere on the menu. Of course, you do serve potatoes - with a delicious omelette that I enjoyed, for example.)"

"The staff at front desk were all extremely friendly. The girl at the breakfast was also very friendly and polite. The place was overall very good and clean. The room could use a little more attention to the details in cleaning for example: the sink was stained dark and some dishes was not well washed. If you are using the sofa as a bed is very comfortable but if you open it to be a bigger bed it still had “memories” from other guests like tags and pens. If you not looking at the details it is...
