Excellent and quiet.

本來租了家庭套房,到取房時便告知沒有家庭套房(可能因為公司新轉手問題),佢哋話已盡量安排兩連房(中間門可打開),我們唯有接受!而酒店好方面員工都會同你'2rihq打招呼,泳池也很乾淨!而唔好方面就係我間房廁所是不能沖水,已同佢哋他們員工講咗幾次, 但根本改善不了。而露台的檯凳是鋪滿塵埃。 而樓下根本就沒有多少間店鋪! 所以我決定不會再入住

We did asked a request before booking a hotel and did remind them after we booked a hotel rooms . GOT LATE CHECKIN AND NOT MERGE A BED AS PER REQUEST. While we waiting for a room we using a swimming pool and and a lunch at the pool we did mentioned staff upon checkin that if the room is ready please kindly hand the room key to us at the swimming pool as we gonna be in the pool. Staff was called me but how can i know that the room is ready when l’m in pool. Feel a bit disappointed. Our 1 years old boy need to hanging around pool at 13.00-16.00 hrs with the 35 c.

Staying in a double room it took two days of requesting to get two chairs in the room. The balcony light didn't work and was never repaired. The wardrobe light and one of the lights by the bed didn't work. The wardrobe door and the window blind were broken.

Fint hotel med god beliggenhed ift. strand og by. Hotellet er med dejligt stort poolområde og rigelig mulighed for at få solsenge. Fin morgenmad med god kaffe. Det er lidt fritidsaktiviteter med bla. bordtennis, bordfodbold og et legehus for de helt små. Hvad mærkeligt er, alle værelser har balkon, men INGEN værelser har møbler derude, så der er ingen mulighed for at sidde ude i tilfælde af f.eks. regn. Vi bruger gerne dette hotel igen

Post covid stay (oct 22)
This hotel had greatly suffered from lack of tourists during covid, and the condition of rooms/swimming pool/quality of breakfast turned to be really disappointing, espacially after staying in this resort in 2017/2018. It has lost its luster and it's no longer worthy to wear the badge of "Mercure", espcially in this price range. I hope the situation will change in the future for the best.

Great location in Pattaya
Endelig tilbake i Thailand. Har bodd på samme hotellet flere ganger, hovedsakelig pga den sentrale lokasjonen, men også fordi det er rimelig, og betjeningen er svært serviceinnstilt.

Friendly Environment
