"I really love this hotel and the view that it provides. The staff is top notch and incredibly helpful and extremely professional. The staff operates with a great sense of purpose and detail. Thailand is an incredibly safe country, but this hotel adds a second layer that makes you feel at home. I rate this hotel a 10/10, and I can't leave out how tasty their food is. "The hotel is beautiful and luxurious with wonderful views from our Theme Room. The two swimming pools are magnificent. We were very happy with our room (actually two rooms, a bedroom and a separate lounge room). The staff are amazing, including reception, valets, security, the restaurant staff and the bar manager. Breakfast was delicious for local and western tastes. We had a few dinner meals and drinks in the bar area as we enjoyed the service and ambience there. A special thanks to the bar...

"The staff was good and helpfull. I expected to stay in a busy area so I did not mind that the bars around playing music. It would had been better if there was 2 keycards for the room as this made it difficult whenever a couple separate to do different things. The room view was really nice and as advertised."

"This property is away from main street so it’s quiet. Not far walk only 5 min if you walk to right and then into shopping center on your left. Tons of food options. Breakfast buffet we did not participate due to limited options of food items. Not worth money. Pool area was nice but inside pool is very slippery. We had the family room. 1 king bed and 1 twin bed. Very spacious. Nice bathroom. Pattaya is a very busy and loud town. This hotel is away from it. "
