"The staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and available at 7am - 10 am which was very convenient. Elevator is a little old but works well. Rooms were comfortable and clean. The hotel locations is right in front of the train terminal which is fantastic. However, be aware that there are lots of homeless, and I mean A LOT, of people and pick pockets that will make you uncomfortable and give you a sense of an unsecured place. But this is happening everywhere you go these daysโฆ"

"The hotel is in a great spot if you want to be in the city center. The room was very clean, the staff was very helpful, and overall it was a great space. I wish they had conditioner but I noticed that some of the hotels in Europe just donโt have conditioner. Some do and some donโt so if they did that would have been a bonus. I will say our bathroom was weird and I forgot to take a pic of it. It was different than what you see in the pictures for the comfort room that we picked. It was a small closet sized room that had the shower in the corner with a drain so even with towels surrounding the shower the floor would get wet and it was easy to slip. Other than that the room was perfect for what we needed it to be for our trip."

"This was literally a dream hotel. I already miss being there and when I go back to Florence, I will stay there again. To say that this place was clean, classy, elegant, safe, and convenient is an understatement. The staff were extremely kind professional, caring, and helpful. The rooms were beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The view from the room as well as the rooftop were simply breath taking. Easy walk to literally anywhere in the city. I just cannot rave enough about this place. The cherry on top was the breakfast area and the buffet; it was like going to a 5-star restaurant with beautiful ambience and great breakfast selection. The servers were utmost patient, professional and caring. On our last day, when I did not show up to breakfast with my family because of feeling under the weather, the staff had insisted on making a tray for me and send to the room with my wife! Just the nicest, kindest and most hospitable people in every area of the hotel. And yes, even though it was hot as hell the AC system was strong and powerful without skipping a beat."

"I really enjoyed my stay here. This hotel is at a perfect location. You can easily walk to the major sights of Florence and even airport travel is a snap as a 20 minute tram ride drops you right by the hotel. The airport travel to the hotel and back to the airport was among the simplest Iโve ever experienced in any city and you canโt beat the cheap cost either. I enjoyed the breakfast a lot and my room even had a small balcony which was a nice surprise. The staff was nice too. There was one front desk person in particular that impressed me as he always greeted me by name: โMr. Kennethโ. Iโve been traveling for decades and Iโve never seen a hotel worker attempt to learn the names of guests. It was a simple gesture but it just made for a welcoming environment. Unfortunately, I never learned this workerโs name so I canโt give him a shout out but if management reads this and knows who Iโm referring to, please give him my regards."
