"I recently stayed at this property and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience.
While the check-in process was smooth and efficient, several issues throughout our stay raised serious concerns. One of the first inconveniences was parking. It appears the hotel does not manage its own parking lot, requiring guests to use a third-party website for payment. This is not something I have previously encountered at a Hilton property and found it to be unnecessarily complicated.
The most concerning issue was with the elevator. It shook noticeably during use, and at one point, the service-side door appeared to come off its hinge while we were inside. We were temporarily stuck until the door finally opened back onto the same floor. I reported the issue to the front desk, but the response felt dismissive—especially concerning given that my pregnant wife then had to use the stairs.
Additionally, we had two rooms, and both had maintenance issues. The air conditioning units were loud, ineffective, and sounded as though they were on the verge of failing. One room had a broken toilet chain, the beds were uncomfortable, and overall upkeep seemed lacking. The pool was noticeably dirty, the hot tub jets were not functioning, and the breakfast presentation was unappealing, with the eggs sitting in water.
Having stayed at four different Hampton Inns across the state in the past week, I have a solid basis for comparison. Unfortunately, this property did not meet the standards I have come t"
