"We couldn’t ask for a better hotel experience. Actually it’s hard to call Casa Polanco a hotel; it’s more like a charming Hacienda. From the moment you arrive, you feel like you are staying with close friends or family. Charming staff, excellent breakfast and lunch items, and an excellent array of beverages, including liquor, beer, and wine, all at no additional charge. The rooms are wonderfully appointed and clean. We will definitely return to Casa Polanco on our next trip to Mexico City."

"Quite possibly my new favorite hotel. They have a Michelin star from 2024 and it really shows. The rooms are all very spacious and well appointed, and if you can swing it try to get a residence. It’s just a king size bed with a bathroom but it has a separate kitchen and living room and a whole wall of windows that look through trees out onto the street. Floor to ceiling. Everything in there is exactly how I wish my home would be :-) I can’t wait to come back. "

"Our suite was comfortable for four friends travelling together. There was ample room, dining and kitchen areas. The staff was friendly and accommodating and Martha (concierge) was readily available to answer questions via WhatsApp. We loved how modern everything was and enjoyed being in the Condesa neighbourhood. "Overall a great stay!! Was hopeful to be allowed an early check in due to a red eye flight but that never happened. Regardless, the hotel was pretty awesome!! It is not your usual Hyatt. It reminded us of a Vegas hotel. The lobby was grand, included breakfast buffet was amazing, the staff was welcoming, secure keycard elevators, average room was spacious and clean, and hotel location was perfect. There is no ice machine on the floor but a simple phone call to the service department and an ice...
