"There was a musty smell in most of the hotel, including my room. However, the sound was not bad considering I was across the street from the airport. The staff was lovely. Buffet was average. I had an excellent massage. So, mixed bag but ok for the price considering the proximity to the airport."

"BREAKFAST IS ALWAYS THE BEST. THE STAFF IS EXCELLENT AND VERY HELPFUL. I HAVE BEEN STAYING AT THE HERITAGE FOR ABOUT 20 YEARS NOW. "The staff were always lovely. It’s close to the SM Mall of Asia. There’s a Jollibees and convenience store just downstairs and a lovely coffee shop, Filc, around the corner. Close to the airport. However, the rooms are small and a bit outdated. The aircon is old school and loud but it drowns out the noise from the busy road outside. The shower leaked so the bathroom floor gets wet. It was safe though. I would stay again for a short trip. "
