Hotel berdekatan Kedutaan Malaysia

"Overall good stay. The hotel is brand new, so everything was spotless clean and good condition. The water pressure and air condition was good too. The location nearby with good restaurants. Easy to navigate around Manila with GRAB. Staff was very nice and helpful."

"Love the GRAND!"

"I like everything. Will definitely recommend"

"Nice hotel will come back"

"Jane from front office and Omar at the door always remembers me and makes me feel welcome..others I can’t recall their names but overall I recommend this hotel.."

"I’m writing this review on behalf of my mom, who recently stayed at the hotel. Overall, she had a very pleasant experience, but what stood out most was the exceptional service and genuine care from the staff. A special thank you to Madeline, who was incredibly kind, professional, patient, and helpful. My mom experienced some issues with her accommodations, and Madeline personally took the time to listen, understand her concerns, and make sure everything was resolved. She went above and beyond,...

"The AC is not cooling the entire room."

"booked 2 rooms (BFST INCL) for 4 of us 1408&1409 for 6 nights. check-in easy, big rooms. Staff helpful. restaurant has limited choices, waiters not trained. had almost same breakfast each day. repeated orders 3 times and corrected orders but food never came as ordered, not once in 6 days did the orders come as requested. MGMT at fault for not training staff properly. Room cleaning fast & efficient 5 stars Checkout a nightmare. lady rude, ignoring me, typing while I was trying to...

"Clean and welcoming lovely stuff"

"I rarely write reviews but I felt like this one deserved it. The standard room was clean and in working order with reliable aircon and wifi, which were the most important things to me. The room was neither spacious, nor too small. The location is good. It is on the edge of the Makati bubble so you get a good balance between a convenient location to everything and a lower price. There was some construction and repair going on while I was there, so there were some times with loud noises....
