"We had a really wonderful stay here. A genuine oasis away from the hustle and bustle of Siem Reap, yet still possible to get to walk (or 3 minute tuk-tuk if you don’t fancy the heat!) to local restaurants etc. staff excellent (very friendly, nothing is too much trouble, but also unobtrusive). And the food at the restaurant is first class."

"The hotel staff was very friendly, and the grounds were beautiful. The ox club restaurant was great, as well as the breakfast buffet. Things I disliked were the room service food, it was poor quality. Also, the pool closes very early, at 7pm."

"Small, family owned and operated hotel. Like a home stay but withal and hot shower. The family may invite you to have dinner with their family the owner will drive you anywhere inSiem Reap and pick you up and drop you off at the airport or bus station. Quiet away from the action of the city."

"This was one of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed at in all of my global travels! I highly recommend staying here. From the welcome team, a welcome drink and the kindness of all of the staff, you feel well-cared for and a little spoiled! The hotel is beautifully furnished and set back from the street, which ensures a quiet stay. We took advantage of the pool for a cool evening swim before bed. The pool towels were perfectly placed, so we could see them immediately upon walking into the pool area. Our hotel room was clean, spacious and perfect! We used the hotel robes to go to the swimming area. We loved the balcony with the swing bed, to enjoy our bottle of wine. A staff person kindly came and opened our bottle of wine for us. Breakfast was delicious and reminded me of why I travel so frequently to Asia! They provided both Western and Asian options to choose from. Once the staff heard we were going to a sunrise Angkor Wat tour, they arranged a boxed breakfast to be prepared for us by 4am! We were so grateful to begin out day with a solid breakfast. I hope you book this gorgeous hotel while in Siem Reap. I’m definitely coming back as soon as possible and bringing my friends! "

"Had a wonderful stay. Really enjoyed the dining, pool and accommodations. It really is a beautiful oasis and the service was top-notch. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. We also utilized their service for transportation as well as arranging for a guide. If I ever come back, I will definitely be here again. From the moment I walked in to the moment I left it was perfect. I wish I had all the names of the staff that were so incredible. The concierge was very nice and arranging things too. Wonderful."

Beautiful hotel and comfortable stay

"We had a very pleasant stay in Heritage Suits hotel. The hotel itself is beautiful and our bangalow was lovely. It was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was great and we enjoyed our evening meal on the one night we dined there. The journey to the centre of Siem Reap is only a few minutes by Tuk Tuk and the ride was actually really enjoyable - you get to see more of Siem Reap. The hotel staff are lovely and accommodating but I would advise to ensure the messages are clearly conveyed to avoid any misunderstanding. We would love to come back to Siem Reap one day and Heritage Suits would be our prefers choice! "
