"The hotel was well maintained and clean. I was graciously upgraded when I checked in and the room was huge. The buffet breakfast was good with a nice omelet station. The pool was nice and refreshing. It's located in a more residential area, but plenty of stores around and a short walk to riverfront. The staff were SUPER nice. "

There's a variety of food options in the area and easy access to transportation. The breakfast was excellent as well. Michael was especially helpful in booking tours, suggesting enjoyable activities, and even assisting us in retrieving a forgotten bag at the airport before departure! Overall, the hotel offered excellent value and friendly, attentive service from the staff. We would heartily recommend staying here! Thank you very much. "

"Front desk staff is too slow and not too nice .. they should let customers know what is going on when delayed the checkin process. Just let customers wait there and helping other customers, when we asked what was going on for the checkin process they just simply said “ I will check you in soon” room cleaning did not clean bathroom, just change the towels and dumped the trash, they did not clean the toilet and mirror . "
