Bathroom was really messy the entire time, drainage system is terrible inside the restroom, and the entire time there was a bad smell from the restroom. Worst smell in our Asia stay by far, was moving throughout Japan and Vietnam for about 20 days and this was our least favorite place to stay, and one of the most expensive.

Don’t be fooled by the aesthetics of this hotel, though at first glance the building and the room may seem pleasant on your booking website. But the lack of details really take away from the experience of your stay. Starting with the entrance of the hotel. It is on the second floor where you either have to walk up a flight of steep stairs with your luggage or you have to enter through a narrow cafe corridor to get to the elevator in the back. Then enter the room. We booked a premium room with balcony. The balcony can barely fit one person, one might argue a Juliet balcony might be bigger. The views is great if you don’t care for a good night sleep as the road noises travel through the thin glass doors as though they were made from paper. Shower has no curtains and the water is not warm with very low pressure. The bedside tables do not open due to the tacky circular bed blocking their movement. The tv has a maximum volume that is nearly inaudible that made me question if I had early onset hearing loss. It is shocking how poorly this hotel is designed for being in such a beautiful location, whoever designed this hotel should have their designer licence revoked. In addition we booked an aroma therapy massage but there were no essential oils involved. Though the massage was great, it was still misleading sales information

Great location hotel

Great location. Walking distance around city and close to Han market. Lots of local food shops around the hotel area too. Hotel has great view facing the dragon bridge ( if selected view room). A little noisy in the evening but ok after 11pm. hotel room has wooden floor rather than carpet which is much better for me. The only downside of this hotel is the bathtub is too high and not safe for older folks. Plus the hotel should vacuum the floor thoroughly and changing the toilet floor mat daily.

The staff were helpful and I having an excellent coffee shop downstairs was very convenient. The bathroom was tight and not well laid out. For instance the toilet paper roll was mounted in an odd spot. I had a room which was a Deluxe Riverfront however the 'balcony' is only enough the stand up and take a photo with room for a chair. Lastly, I stayed at the Haian Beach and Spa location and their buffet was much better than the Riverside location.

I loved everything about tjis hotel. The lovation is the best! Its only 10 Mns drive to my khe beach, its 3mns walk to the han market which is close by to the money exhange, and another 15mns walk to cho-han market and its by the river front so close to the boat to watch the dragon bridge! So many close by cafes and good restaurants and also authentic food stalls! But thats not it, the breakfast was great! I stayed to a couple of different hotels and their breakfast was mu favourites, they have lot of options and also very tasty. Plus the staffs are good and very accommodating! Just want to mention the GSA sup Giang as she was very helpful and had organised birthday amenity for my dad and also gave us some advice where to go. I would suggest though to pay a couple more to get that nice river view it would be worth it!

Stayed 5 nights. A great place. Very close to my son Hoan and hue for day trips. It was right on the river and our view was of the bridges, including the dragon bridge. Which every Friday and Saturday gave us a smoke and fire show. Restaurants were great walking was very easy compared to most places in Vietnam. Staff was very good. Rose in the breakfast area was fantastic and we really enjoyed being there. For about $50 a night which included on a very good Vietnamese breakfast. It is a fantastic steel compared to high priced fancy real estate. If we ever go back to da nang, we will stay in the same place.

Great location - restaurants, cathedral, Han Market, dragon Bridge, han river and river side walk, many massage places and laundry places all few minutes walk. Being in city center can't avoid traffic noise. Great room with plenty of light, gorgeous view of the han river and dragon Bridge from room. Clean comfortable room and bed. All amenities worked well. No major problems in bathroom. Nice breakfast with plenty of choices. Very friendly and helpful staff. We had lots of interactions with Giana and Louis. Both were very nice and helpful. We highly recommend the hotel. We will stay again.

Whether you're into food or relaxation, it's an ideal base for exploring the city. What truly made my stay memorable was the outstanding customer service. Ms. Vi was incredibly helpful, offering thoughtful recommendations and ensuring I had everything I needed. Her attention to detail made my experience even more enjoyable.
