With us checking in about 7:45 Friday night and checking out around 8:10am Monday morning, we were charged a full $25/day, so $100 total unexpected charge that I hadn’t seen mentioned on their website. "I was given an "upgrade" from a two-queen room to a king suite with a king bed and a fold-out bed. I was told blankets and pillows would be delivered so the fold-out would be usable, which, by the way, would require moving furniture to do so. I followed up on blankets/pillows three times, and finally, at midnight, I gave up. The "upgrade" was a lie, and I ended up paying over $400 for a space that was, for all intents and purposes, unusable. Add to that the fact that the entire lobby looked like it had been hit by a tornado, and the extremely rude staff. I will definitely not book there again, which is unfortunate because the location is ideal. "

"The breakfast was just ok - standard “hot plate” and cereal type stuff. The parking was across the street, convenient and I didn’t have any issues but it was just an open lot and not “secure”. "
