"Andrea iat front desk s the best, great service, big heart for us travelers. Worst part is i ordered a private room but had to go outside in the closed courtyard down the hall to rhe bsthroom in 40 degree weather at night. The other rooms are indoors.The hotel is in a central area of the best part of town Palermo Soho. "

"We are traveling almost 12 years all over the word never ever see that much badly hotel i can not explain how much was disgusting hotel we are so lucky only booking one night check in 7pm check out 5 am. We couldn't sleep from desk to our room just one meter distance. Affo. Affo disgusting hotel I do not cleave it "
