Andrea iat front desk s the best, great service, big heart for us travelers. Worst part is i ordered a private room but had to go outside in the closed courtyard down the hall to rhe bsthroom in 40 degree weather at night. The other rooms are indoors. The hotel is in a central area of the best part of town Palermo Soho.

No entanto deu tudo certo! É acessível a cadeirantes e bem localizado. Amei a experiência!
