"Wonderful stay. The staff was extremely helpful, both before coming and during our stay. They really made our visit! The apartment was the cleanest I've ever stayed in and was very spacious compared to other places in London. There is a small corner grocery around the corner and it's walkable to restaurants and underground. The area is generally suburban and felt safe at all times. Only 2 negative issues were the breakfast buffet ran out of a couple of items both mornings that we stayed. Also the A/C never seemed to effectively cool the room. "The breakfast was surprisingly good and really well above what I was expecting. The service was absolutely superb. The team were so attentive, got us hot drinks when they seated us and even left little post it notes on the tables. Everything was fresh and i cant fault the breakfast. The rooms were clean and nicely presented. I had to do some work and found the business area near the bar excellent. "
