Hotel berdekatan Parliament Hill Lido

"Great location"

"Amazing hotel!! A bit tricky to find as there is not much for signage but the place was beautiful!!! Staff was extremely helpful and friendly!!"

"The staff, the location, and the pub below the hotel were phenomenal."

"Lovely bedroom with enough space for our suitcases and lots of hot drinks available to warm up us . There was only one sharing bathroom with one toilets only inside which was an issue because there are about seven bedrooms. I wish that there was another toilets for emergency needs:). The owner may consider to add it or allow to use his own toilets."

"We were greeted by Emma on reception, an absolutely wonderful woman! We had arrived early so she stored our bags so we could have a mooch around Camden. Our stay was perfect, we had a concert at the roundhouse which is literally across the road! Emma suggested a place to eat and have cocktails which was a Brazilian restaurant, that was great! The room was great and spotless, we slept so well, no noise whatsoever. Emma was there when we checked out too, she remembered us asked if we had a great...

"Lovley"

"We had a terrible stay here. We checked in via the kiosk and was given room 3 which ended up being on the basement level. Immediately it smelt like sewer and there was no body wash. We then changed room and the aircon didn’t work. We won’t stay here again or recommend this hotel"

"Good hotel near to Swiss Cottage tube station. Handy for visiting Camden. Staff very attentive, great breakfast. Had a meal in evening in Carluccios restaurant which was also nice."

"We had such a great stay! Can highly recommend & will definitely stay again next time we’re in London"

"Avoid this hotel. Our room was so noisy that we couldn't sleep due to constant street noise throughout the night. The next morning, we asked to check out early. The hotel agreed, provided we paid for the first night, which I accepted. Despite that agreement, they charged me for the entire stay, including the nights we never used. Since then, they have ignored repeated attempts by both Expedia and me to contact them. They don't answer their phone or respond to messages. Charging a guest for a...

"We loved the location, our room and the really warm staff who are a family business. Everything was great except for a few noise issues which were not the hotel's fault: water pipe road work right outside our window and a horrible, constantly stomping and dropping things guest right above us both nights. The manager did speak to them but the guests couldn't seem to change their stripes. We will ask for a top room next time we visit which will be soon. This is our new go to hotel for London....

"Very nice and supportive staff. Very clean room. Good Breakfast included"

"Our top floor room was large and light filled with windows. The bathroom was large but with wasted space and a very small boxy shower, which was difficult to turn around in. We were there for a week but no dresser was available to store our clothes. The elevator goes to the 3rd floor and we had a flight to climb to get to our room, without assistance with our bags. The hotel is located in a residential area so it was fairly quiet and the train station was nearby."

"Leider hatten wir ein anderes Zimmer erwischt als beim letzten mal. Die Matratzen waren super weich und sollten unbedingt gewechselt werden. Man ist richtig eingesunken und konnte nicht gut schlafen (auch für Personen um die 60 kg nicht bequem). Nix für den Rücken. Ansonsten alles prima. Gegend ist klasse und man hat eine super Anbindung nach ganz London."
