"Staff was nice, room had air conditioning, it didn’t look dirty at all but many cockroaches and flying bugs came into the room. It’s good for the price and if you just want a quick stay."

"Overall horrible experience my room smelled moldy and stuffy the tub was nasty the bed was hard, room had roaches and other bugs. Overall horrible experience I would love to get my money back for tha stay!! I couldn’t afford to get another hotel room so I was forced to stay there…. "

"The king suite room was WONDERFUL! Very clean, very well laid out, I especially loved the bathroom with all the different types of lights (your blow dryer was a good quality!!) and you provided a shower cap!! I also loved that you could talk with the staff through text messages, and the in-room dining staff were super friendly! The little store where they served coffees and breakfast treats was amazing as well!! The only concern I had was that no one came to turn down the room or clean it during the day. I don’t think I had opted out of that, and wish the directions to the Skybridge were more clear or even on the website. Overall though, 5/5!"
"Didn’t try the Spa, but the room was good. The staff was on-point, the restaurant close by helped, but I was not allowed to bring alcohol to my room. ☹️
Vizio television made me feel right at home, but the wi-fi was terrible.
Bathroom was cramped, but water pressure was decent.
