"This hotel was so friendly, clean, and the staff were very helpful . We arrived 3 hours before our check in and the staff checked us with no delay. Their airport shuttle service was on point . It’s a busy area since the hotel is next tot he hotel the traffic was busy bit that common things in LA ."

"I had to stay unexpectedly due to weather related flight delays and cancellations in Dallas. I was able to book this hotel once I got on the plane, take a free shuttle from the airport, receive a genuinely kind welcome, sleep beautifully, and get up at 4am, catching the free shuttle back to the airport without issues!"

"The front desk staff were kind and helpful. The property was very clean, and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. Taking the shuttle to the airport is easy, and while the shuttle driver was friendly, he never offered to help me with my luggage while I was getting on the shuttle, nor when I was getting off the shuttle. While I’m capable of doing many things myself, I’m a “senior” woman and only had 1 carry-on suitcase, so it would’ve been nice if we would have offered some assistance."

"If I can give them zero stars I would. I chose them for the swimming pool. The pool was dirty. Lots of dead bugs etc. floating and it was obvious. I complained to the staff was told it gets cleaned everyday. That’s hard to believe because it had too many bugs all through the pool. Needless to say, I didn’t use the pool because of that so that was disappointing."

"Property was nice however, the air was not working that great in the room so we were a little hot all night. Also this is the first hotel I have been in with NO window!! This was the worst part. "We hit some obstacles with our stay that was handled very well. Our A/C was out. They moved us rooms and that a/c was out. They didn't have any rooms available. Mona apologized. Luckily we had a balcony room and could get the door open about 4 inches. She brought us two fans and we were able to cool the room down a bit. They also refunded us partially and gave us late check out. The breakfast is amazing. And the staff is wonderful!"

"The staff was nice. However the area is not the best. Parking is also VERY tight. We have a Kia Telluride.
