Nice stay in Lower Deer Valley!

Stayed for four nights. Very nice place. Pool and hot tub were a great asset. Location perfect. People at the desk were very nice and helpful.

Staff are good and helpful, everything looks cool, but lodge looks old, my rest room door didn't work properly and Wifi hardly reached my room 6401, which made me upset a little.

Nice but expected more from Deer Valley

10am check out is the worst! A visit to the mountains and you have to leave at 10am. Deer Valley Utah Symphony concert didn’t end until 10pm. We paid a lot for a bed. No swimming time, no walking/hiking time. No time to enjoy the hotel or surrounding area. No extra toilet paper. Beautiful, large bathroom. Great tub and shower, but Not ANY counter space in the bathroom.

We absolutely loved our condo at Silver Baron for our family trip. Spacious, clean, modern, equipped with all the necessities for cooking, two fire places and a personal hot tub — not to mention complimentary transportation day and night to the historic Main Street area.

A great way to experience Deer Valley

A really fantastic place to stay in Deer Valley - convenient (with the Deer Valley shuttle), in a gorgeous location, a big clean room with a kitchen and laundry, and a man outdoor hot tub on the deck. Not glitzy (the St Regis and the Montage and Stein Erickson can give you that) but extremely nice and well run and keep would definitely come back.

Ok but not worth the price!

Had a good stay, Deer Valley definitely doesn’t live up to the hype. Not a 5 star resort nor would I say they were even friendly. Way over priced. Bottom line is that it is a resort that goes to beat of it’s own drum charges 30-40% more than they should and everyone else be dammed.

We had a short stay with he purpose to have a place to sleep so cannot say much about amenities etc. place looked wonderful at a glance. However we were in 6401 this past weekend and did not sleep a wink. There was an adjoining door that was locked and the people were awful. Singing at the top of their lungs “happy birthday” in the middle of the night??? Kids screaming all night long and loud talking, etc. clearly not very considerate people but that is not the establishment’s fault, but the thin walls are. They sounded like they were in bed with us. Will never stay there again.

Property was clean , comfortable bed and clean linen. The microwave, toaster and coffee machine were a huge help. They also had silverware in the room so did not have to use plastic. It would be helpful to have dishwashing soap but besides that we loved our stay.

I absolutely loved my stay at Silver Baron Lodge! Lovely and large hotel room on fourth floor overlooking the pond across the street. Super comfortable bed, nice linens, fabulous bathtub. One of my favorite parts about my stay was being able to access the hiking trails right behind the lodge that I think go all the way to the top of the mountain. Well maintained trails perfect for trail running. I have already booked another stay here for October. I didn’t get a chance to use the pool, but it looks sparkling clean and there were lots of families with kids enjoying it. I also did not use the free transportation that the lodge provides, maybe next time.

This was a beautiful place to stay. Parking was in short supply in the garage. It was advertised to have a sofa bed and sleep 4. This is not the case they do not have sofa beds in the room. Which made our sleep very uncomfortable. Told the staff and they did nothing just said thank you for letting us know.

This is very conveniently located to the main Deer Valley base area and is a very nice facility. A beautiful marsh area with ponds and walking pathways is directly in front of the property, and a deli/grocery store sits on the other side serving gourmet breakfast and lunch options. Our hotel room was very comfortable and the direct transportation service offered by the hotel was very convenient. The public buses also stop nearby so having a car was not necessary. We very much enjoyed our stay.
