We have only positive feedback to give: excellent cleanliness, a very good breakfast, and a central location close to both the center of Chiusa and the train station. Marlis (the hotel owner) was incredibly kind and helpful. On a scale from 1 to 10, we would give a strong 10."

"Ich war auf der Durchreise mit dem Motorrad im Genußhotel Spitalerhof. Das Hotel liegt direkt an der SS12 und nur 5 Minuten von der Autobahnauffahrt Klausen entfernt. Der Empfang war freundlich. Ich hatte ein Doppelzimmer zur Einzelnutzung, das sehr großzügig war. Das Bett war 1A! Ich habe sehr gut geschlafen und mich wohl gefühlt. Trotz direkter Lage an der SS12 ist das Hotel super vom Straßenlärm abgeschirmt. Im Zimmer, bei geschlossenem Fenster, ist vom Verkehr absolut nichts zu hören. Das...

Die erfahrenen Mitarbeiter haben uns immer mit Rat und Tat geholfen, Reisepläne erklärt und auch viele Tipps zum im Umland befindlichen Reisen gegeben. "A very special hotel run by a lovely family in a beautiful location. The hotel was immaculate and beautifully done. Staff were so accommodating, and willing to go above and beyond to help. Delicious breakfast and amazing 5 course dinner cooked by the owner which you must have if you stay here! Would recommend 100%! "

"Santre è davvero una chicca nelle Dolomiti del SudTirol. Spazi comuni e Spa meravigliosi, camera molto bella e pulita sempre bene, esperienza colazione fantastica, escursioni e aufguss di altissimo livello. Alcune piccole note : Cena da semplificare un pochino, a volte su certe proposte lo chef vuole raggiungere livelli troppo alti e sofisticati. Servizi dell'Hotel tipo accoglienza e facchini da migliorare. Cuscini in camera da aggiungere delle soluzioni più dure e non solo super soft. "
