I stayed two days and they never vacuumed my room and there was a spider on the ceiling and a huge cobweb in the window that I cleaned. "Well positioned in the town. Impressive looking building, lovely vibe inside and gorgeous outdoor seating area. We were staying in room 12 which is very small. It was a hot night, so the room was baking, hence we had the window open but a gang of 12-15 pigeons live (noisily) just outside the window! The windowsill was covered in bird poo which was not nice. Shower great and nice to have an Nespresso machine and complimentary water. Bed and pillows too soft for me, but personal choice."

"The property was ideally situated in the Cotswolds countryside. Hotel was spotlessly clean, room was well equipped and very comfortable. Breakfast which was included, was wonderful plenty of fresh fruit yogurts etc as well as a several cooked breakfast options. We had dinner at the restaurant one evening and it was wonderful. Would absolutely recommend Hyll, it is a stunning property."

"Dirt in the room and under the bed. Staff generally good. Booking came with a room upgrade due to status. Room upgrade didn’t occur despite the hotel being empty and having availability on their website. Emailed the hotel through Expedia app (replying to the message they sent me) asking questions. That was ignored and not responded to. Dinner food quality was poor considering my the level they quote themselves to be at and prices charged. Ice cream for dessert clearly suffering from freezer burn...

"Property is in a great location and close to Warwick castle. Unfortunately the room was very dirty with dust and cobwebs all around the room. Some items in the kitchen were dirty and had not been cleaned. Pool was warm and the facilities were good."

"Lovely 2 night stay, great value via Expedia. Was in the area for a concert at Warwick Arts, visits to Kenilworth Castle and Stoneleigh and proved ideal location. Not at all snooty or stuffy like some country hotels. Clean modern bathroom, comfortable bed, good breakfast, pleasant walks from hotel, well equipped gym. Lots of hotels in this area, glad we chose this one."
