"A beautiful gem of a hotel situated on Mt. Varese, quiet and with an impeccable view of the surroundings. A great destination for a little getaway. The building itself is old, but charming and well-kept. Our room extended across two floors, with the bedroom on the bottom and the bathroom (with a shower cell, toilet and bidet) upstairs. "Excessively long corridors made it really difficult to get to our room — end of corridor was .2 miles; really! Be sure to ask for a room that is not too far from elevator. Room itself had technical difficulties: the phone did not work. The tv did not work properly. We would not stay again."
