I loved my stay here, it was quiet and a relaxed family vibe. The staff were very friendly and helpful, they recommended the Thai restaurant down the road as one of the best in Wellington, and it was delicious!! The beach is just across the road and there are many good places to eat/explore just around the corner as well. Would highly recommend staying here.

The location was good. There were shops, cafes, bakeries, takeaways and a pub within walking distance. The beach was within walking distance too. There was a small swimming pool and sun terrace that was relaxing.

Immaculate property in a very convenient location

Loved our stay at Raumati Sands so much we extended an extra night from our original booking. Our apartment was immaculate, had great amenities and was quiet. Lovely pool area. Beach, park, cafes and restaurants all within a 1-2min walk. We look forward to staying again next year.

Great place to stay! Right by the beach with really good amenities for a longer stay. The apartment was really spacious and comfortable with a pool and spa to boot. Room also has a spa bath. Shops and resteraunt s are less than 50m away and the entrance to Raumati Beach is even closer. Recommend it to all

Ok but staff unhelpful.

The ‘self parking onsite’ is a Wilson car park down the road. The lady at check in didn’t know how to charge so I ended up paying $15 for 30 mins then $70 on top for a 48 hour ticket I sourced myself. Booked a 2 bed apartment advertised as having 2 king size beds. Fact was 2 singles in each room. When I questioned this with the same lady in reception said ‘that’s just how we do things here’. Long wait for the lifts. Overall location to centre is good. Just major roadworks around the hotel makes it difficult to access.
