They make you feel like family while not being intrusive. Elsa who manages the food and beverage program is a huge asset and a wonderful person. "The staff at Korali are beyond excellent. Miko, Georgia, Iola and especially Georgi at the restaurants are absolutely out of this world! We cancelled reservations to eat at their restaurants and regretted almost every meal we had outside of this hotel. Georgi is brilliant when it comes to wine pairing and food choices. His kindness and knowledge is beyond superb. I would come back for the hotel but 100% for the people!"

"The staff were outstanding. Top of the line customer service including registration, housekeeping, the restaurant, and beach services. Housekeeping came twice a day. The pool water was cold if the pool had a warmer, people would swim. The beach water was cold so make sure you pick the right time of the year, May is not it. The amenities on the website are misleading. There’s no spa on site. This was disappointing. Amenities includes the pool and beachfront only. No activities for entertainment....
