"The property itself was very nice. That’s the only positive thing I can say about our stay. There is nobody that can help you in the event of an issue. For example, we were only given one parking tag but we had two cars in our party. There wasn’t anybody to talk to, no number to call, no email that could get us in contact with somebody that could resolve the issue. "I loved this resort! It was beautiful. The staff was friendly; the grounds were clean and the rooms were clean and spacious. My daughter's room was huge, but it did have a little damp odor. That threw us off a bit since it was so neat and clean. Sometimes hotels have that smell when you're on the beach. It was a faint smell, but we always pack Lysol and wipes, so we were good.
