"Based on my observations and comparing with some hotels that I stayed before, I shared with PIC at related areas of responsibility and most importantly they listed and noted those areas that I mentioned and recommended for improvement. This means they are interested to continuously improve and become better, this energy is positive. "Lovely hotel with good facilities and friendly staff. The room was very clean and comfortable. After arriving on a late flight I Was a little bit disappointed that we couldn’t get something to eat in the restaurant at 10.30 even though the closing time displayed was 11pm."

"We were a group of nature lovers who were using this as a three night stay to get used to the temperature and time change upon arrival in Borneo. Loved the grounds and snorkeling right from the beach. Fantastic nature center staffed by several biologists. The food options were a bit pricey but we were expecting that. The grounds were very birdy and we found two Borean Pit Vipers. The mangrove tour was fantastic. Room is very good quality for the price."
