"Owner Alicia was super sweet. Excellent customer service and helpful. The property was excellent, we got oceanfront so the beach was right out front. Our 4 year old loved the pool. And the room was out dated, which we're ok with. But only complaint is the tv was not working and the coffee machine, which I was really sad about. I never said anything bec I'm not the type to complain and not a huge deal."

"Negatives: I was expecting the resort fee but I was not told anything about the parking fee prior to or during my booking. The fee was hefty. The room was clean but still seems moldy and damp. There was no air condenser or any way to let fresh air into the room. You could smell and see the mold in different places in the bathroom and the windows railings. The windows don't open. "They were very accommodating. We needed a ground floor room because we were traveling with seniors with physical issues. Everything worked out great and having the full kitchen allowed us to work around some diet restrictions and save a little money. The hot tub jets didn't seem to be working but Everything else was great. Local shopping and the ocean is close."
