"Alagoa is a lovely resort. Family friendly and also relaxing for a solo trip. For India this resort has good cleanliness & I would certainly recommend. It’s a 5 minute walk from the beach which is a beautiful spot to relax in. Down side is the taxis are expensive and will do all they can to rip you off. Be prepared for a haggle war! Everything else is wonderful! "

"The customer service at this place is outstanding! I loved that they accepted payments by card. I also love that they did cash back. I had a family member who was with us who described this place as superb!! The setup of the rooms is pretty in terms of the bedding that’s used. I absolutely loved that there was hot water majority of the times in the shower and it was hot water like I haven’t experienced very often in guesthouses in India. "appartement and beach are fantastique. But the TV was not working, the FREE Wifi only 30 minutes by day The restaurant was closed, nothing in the fridge ! They were only one and sometime 2 staff people. They was not able to repair the TV. They didnot said that we must press a button for have hot water for the bath the morning !"

"What a fabulous hotel and resort. I find it hard to fault anything atall. The staff were super efficient and in plentiful supply; the accommodation was lovely (although our terrace lacked a nice view - my only small criticism that can't be helped in any case); the food options were amazing and the pool was top class.
