"Everything about the hotel was exceptional, from the staff, rooms, food, all absolutely first class. A couple of the staff to mention were the 'captain' in the dining room (Raj), what an excellent employee, could not have been more friendly and helpful, and a geniunely lovely person to speak to. Also on the housekeeping staff was Amara, again she was lovely, great at her job, and went above and beyond in looking after our room. All of the reception staff were superb too, together with the kitchen staff who just prepared such excellent food. Will definitely return and would recommend the hotel to anyone."

"Only item is that your wireless chargers in the room are dated and most parts don’t work. Only one of the usb ports on one charging station worked. Funny for a place that is 7stars and that for the rest is very ontop of it all. There is the Marina district about 20 min drive that is nice place to stay as well with a large variety of places in its vicinity. But I did truly enjoy my stay."

"Genuinely lovely staff who are always helpful. Sensibly priced food options in the hotel. Only a few minutes walk to the Mall of the Emirates and the Metro if you need anything else. "

"This was our first time in Dubai, and we stayed here on a 14 hour layover. The hotel was clean, tidy and the staff were all very welcoming, including the maid that was working on our floor when we arrived. The hotel was very close, about 11 minute walk to the shopping centre Mall of the Emirates, where there was a variety of priced shops. We also visited Jumeirah Beach which was a 14 minute uber ride to see Jumeirah Burj Al Arab. The Sea was lovely and warm and well protected by life gaurds. We also saw the Burj Khalifa also a 12 minute uber ride away. Unfortunately we only drove past the Museum of the future and the Dubai Frame on our way to the hotel. If we had more time then we would had visited both. There are plenty of eateries very close to the hotel and in the hotel. As we had a 3 am flight we were not able to visit the breakfast room which was also included in our stay, but im sure it would have been well presented like the rest of the hotel. "

"That’s the second year we are staying at Madinat Jumeirah. It’s an absolutely amazing spot to relax. The Palace lounge is top notch. The staff is amazing and attentive. Highly recommended. "
