My fifth time staying here, it’s been better every time. The staff are so warm and welcoming, the facilities are excellent, and the metro station is literally opposite the hotel. The location is perfect. I loved it so much that I am heading back in September! See you soon!

Excellent location. Fine condition but not fancy

The hotel is in fine condition - not new but ok. There was noise outside the hotel in the early morning around 6 or 7 am, probably maintenance work nearby but since we guess it’s not under the hotel’s management so we didn’t bother to ask for any assistance. The stay was fine considering the price was very reasonable, but it’s not the choice if you want fancy. The receptionist was helpful and kind, served us some welcome drink at our arrival, and also provided some useful advice whenever we asked about Dubai. Location of the Hotel is excellent, right opposite to the metro station and there’re plenty of restaurants nearby and a round the clock supermarket.

Had a wonderful stay at the property. It’s right opposite the metro station which is very convenient. Mustafa the bell boy was very courteous helpful, always giving good directions and also the housekeeping staff was very good. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Excellent value

Best thing I found about this hotel was it’s location right outside al Mashreq tube station. The staff were helpful and the rooms very better than expected. Excellent value for money if you’re on a budget.

The staff were super friendly and accommodating. We got a connecting room and the space was very functional as we had lots of luggage and there was space for everything. We were prepared with the correct charger and the front desk provided it no questions asked. The breakfast buffet has a out of variety, travelling with kids and we all found things to eat that we loved.
