"Overall, the location can't be beat--wide, sandy beaches with gentle waves, palm trees, less than a mile from Times Square. The staff was attentive--take-out orders were prioritized from their restaurants, service was provided on the beach, loungers/umbrellas set up individually on the beach, whatever you needed someone would take care of it. There are three pools and free bike rentals, as well. The food was okay, but not spectacular, and we had some challenges communicating our wishes to...

"Staff and security we're amazing! The parking lot is a bit crazy, but valet is free! Buffet was also amazing! Too many options to choose from so wear your fat pants!"

"It would be great if the resort had family style bikes . Like the ones on the beach. The staff said they had them before but only single rider bikes are available now. That's unfortunate for the kids that don't know how to use them with out training wheels . Same with some adults!"

"Harrahs has changed in the last seven years. It is not what it used to be. The food in this casino is horrible!!! All restaurants besides Starbucks need to be shut down. Horrible!! Did I say Horrible. On the flip side, the best part of the Casino was I won a few hundred dollars to replace what I missed going to these restaurants."
