"The overall experience in the hotel was wonderful, but especially due to the staff at the front desk ( Guy in particular ) who went out of his way to ensure our comfort and convenience and safety. They are very trying time. The breakfasts are fantastic, and the staff are wonderful and generous with their time. We will definitely return to this hotel, which is under renovation at the rooftop pool level and areas of the exterior but inside was five star. "

At our last stay some issues were mentioned and the extent ti which these were addressed was very encouraging and in line with past experiences. It seems as if they have improved on already satisfactory service. Breakfast service and pool service are noticeable better. Room cleaning and turnover also seem to run in tighter schedules. "Usually stay at Dan Panorama but cancelled my reservation 2 days before because my flight was cancelled. So needed to book something the day before my departure and needed something that allowed overnight check-in. Arrived at 4AM with the friendliest check in clerk. The hotel is steeped in class . Service was a strength. I was in a “Deluxe Room” - the cheapest but quite expensive. The room is quite small and a bit dated but very clean and with excellent service. Pools are amazing. Breakfast amazing. "
