"The staff was extremely helpful. The manager Shiran assisted me in figuring out how public tranportation operates. Chezi actually walked me to the bus station with my heavy suitcase. Anastasia did everything she could to make my stay better. And Sami, the Eritrean man, was wonderful. But the rooms were VERY DARK.I could hardly see anything in the first room I was given on the dark side of the hotel. I was given another room which was light during the day.
