"Once we found the location it was lovely. It was wonderful to have a sitting area as well as a pool to relax in after being out all day. The location is very safe and very modern. Our space was roomy and provided all we needed to cook our own meals and relax well. The person we communicated with via WhatsApp was very personable and responded quickly. On site staff (grounds people) were kind and accessible. It is difficult to find as it is surrounded by a high fence with green covering. ...

"Everything was very nice from the room to breakfast to the staff. The only one thing that could be improved is the entry/exit gate that needs manual opening. If you're leaving late, exit should be automatic, and the wait to trigger gate opening can be lengthy. I will definitely stay there again!"

Nikki, the receptionist on duty during our stay, was a wonderful help to us and devoted some of her own time helping us plan our time in Jaco. The area around the pool looks worn out, with several damaged and faded awnings that need urgent replacement. The rooms also show clear signs of neglect — walls and furniture are starting to look tired and outdated. "Everyone was so helpful. They let us write to the place we were staying. It was a little difficult to find the office when you see the physical sign walk up the path and you’ll see it right there. It was noted. We just didn’t know what we were looking for, but a sweet gentleman came out and found us and let us where we needed to be. Breakfast was very good as was the coffee. "The overall property is very beautiful, located in a forest setting. The open air restaurant with its observation deck is a great place for birdwatching since there are feeders at the edge of the deck and the staff puts out fruit and seeds early when the birds are active. The staff is wonderful, very helpful and friendly! And the location is very near the river tours and Carara National Park. "No towel service, people could not enter the pool because hand rails to low, tv service was terrible, asked cleaning lady for towels she never brought them, nobody ever came around to see if everything is okay, so we left after two nights and had to book a hotel elsewhere, is it possible to get a refund for the three nights we didn’t stay"
