"Great staff and facilities"

"This was by far the best hotel stay we have had in a long while. Where to start - the staff are all amazing. Kind, caring, made us feel special. We stayed at the hotel our whole trip, so all the staff started to recognise us and it was so nice! The hotel manager Marco was beyond lovely - so nice to have a chat and made us feel so welcomed and special! Thank you Marco! I LOVED the house keeping twice a day. This was extremely helpful for me. We have had this in a few hotels in Bali but not in all. And I have to say it was VERY much appreciated! Just getting the extra water or freshening up a towel etc for the night ahead was great! Thank you! Great pools and pool service - we really enjoyed our meals by the pool. All the hotel restaurants were delicious and we look forward to going back to all of them again. BIG SHOUT OUT to allllll the breakfast crew/staff - so so so lovely! You were all kind, and always high fiving my kids and remembering I liked a take away coffee in the morning etc. It sounds like small things, but teh effort of caring and kindness is really what makes a trip special. We look forward to coming back soon - I am already looking at flight of when we can come again next year! OH AND THE KIDS CLUBS - beautiful ladies! So kind, always so happy to see our girls! Our girls were begging us to go to the kids club everyday and do all the fun craft activities! Thank you all for being so kind and caring with our kids! They loved the fun afternoons with you all!"

"The room was clean, and it was clear right away that this was a luxurious hotel with a rich history. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend staying here, especially for families. The garden, in particular, was absolutely beautiful!"

"A group of 20 came here for my girlfriend 50th birthday and everything was AMAZING from the time we arrived (almost 8pm). When i say this place is BEAUTIFUL that would be an understatement. The food is delicious and reasonably priced. The only thing is when doing tours and you want to grab a quick bite make sure it's not a $90 lobster :-). I tried the Luwak coffee and that would be a HARD PASS for me. Just staying around the resort is so serene and peaceful. The rooms and hotel are VERY CLEAN. The staff there are very polite attentive and will above and beyond to accommodate your needs. This was my first LONG distance flight and when i say i will gladly do it again to be at this resort i will. Sofitel Nusa Dua owes me NOTHING this was a lifetime experience. I definitely will be visiting in the near future. I LOVED THIS HOTEL Oh the beach is very clean not much seaweed but there is an issue with the water receding. If you get up for morning sunrise you will see what I'm referring to. But overall the trip was AMAZING WONDERFUL & WELL PLANNED AT SOFITEL NUSA DUA BALI."
