"the resort was gorgeous, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the resort it self is very quite , we spend 5 nights there ,and there were nothing happening to keep the guests entertained , the TVs in the rooms weren't working , there was no activates during the day or night time, the plus point was that we had access to their sister resorts and they had shuttles provided for transportation , we kept ourself busy exploring the sister resorts and would come back to rest up at Pacifica ."

"The staff was absolutely amazing. We enjoyed the resort as it was clean updated. The rooms had miniature kitchenettes in them that you can make your own food and across the street was a big supermarket where we bought a lot of our food as well. The staff played games daily and gave out prizes as well as very was very helpful with any questions we hadI was really impressed with the valet services. They got our car that we had rented every time we needed it even if it was late at night or early...
