"My experience with the woman in the office was really good. She was very friendly and understanding. I didnt realize that I had accidentally taken the wrong room until the morning when I went to return the key. I was booked in room 12 but mistakenly took room 14. It was late, and room 14 wasn't looked so it opened for me when I turned the key, otherwise I would have realized my mistake. My apologies to the guest who was booked for room 14 and believed they had double booked the room....

"People at this hotel smoke crack in the hallways and set the fire alarm off at 4am forcing the entire building to evacuate and stand outside. No one is able to process a refund and I am being told that my reservation doesn't even exist in the system now. They are a fraudulent organization. Not worth the hassle."
