"Very small room and bed. No privacy (no door on shower) for showering or changing. Extremely loud at night , can hear all the noise from bars , clubs and crowds until at least 2 am. Ear plugs don’t help"

"Great location. Right by beach and in quieter central location surrounded by shops and restaurants but far away from noisy bars to be comfortable. Checkin was a unconventional Got into accommodation and found friendly but confused cleaner who took me to ALE shop under to check in. Bed comfy and good simple shower but otherwise fairly basic. Coffee machine in kitchen did not seem to work. Interesting use of chipboard in hotel fittings"

"Clean room and great location....if the noise at night doesn't bother you. We only had breakfast yhe last day out of convenience. Much cheaper to eat at the many restaurants nearby. The breakfast buffet wasn't great."

"Check in the room was not ready which was not an issue. However the receptionist was going to offer us a room to change in and then was it seemed overruled by his supervisor which was poor. Room itself was ok apart from a wet used towel left beside the safe! Also disappointed that there was no kettle with tea/ coffee in the room which is pretty well the norm in hotels this day. A average stay which with a bit more focus on customer care could have been excellent."

"This is a very good hotel, well situated, comfortable generous rooms, relaxed hotel, lovely pool area and grounds, good options at the buffet, but missing a few nice to have eggs options (poached eggs, omelette). The drinks are of decent quality, and the evening and dsy entertainment was top notch. The restaurant experience was notably lacking personal service and lacked hospitality which seems to have changed since our last visit. "The location and view were wonderful as was the breakfast buffet. We were able to walk to walk easily into town and the marina.As for the cons, when we first got there, we were not given the room we paid for. They did change us, though. The hotel needs some major updating. Furniture-inside and outside-was old and some falling apart. There were not enough umbrellas poolside. Our blinds would not go down and our curtains would not close, so we got a view of the neighbors. The patio door was stuck...
