"The staff are extremely friendly making you feel special right from check in to restaurant! Nothing too much trouble. The views are amazing from every room of Santa Ponsa bay. The food is freshly cooked and beautifully presented. also cooked to order with a theme each night such as seafood or Spanish. There is a dining terrace overlooking the bay and if you time it right you have a front row table every time! We had a central Junior Suite on 3rd floor overlooking pool and the bay. It was very spacious with two single beds together which made a huge King size bed. Only criticism is bathroom needs attention. It is only separated from the bedroom by a wooden arch. There is huge jacuzzi bath which I can’t believe anybody uses and just takes up space. Also with the amount of counter space under the long mirror I feel there should be two basins. However the shower and toilet are in a separate room. Although the room is very spacious it is little tired and modernisation would be welcome. The pool and poolside is kept extremely clean and sunbeds checked every day. Not too much bed reserving so you can have breakfast and still get somewhere to sit by the pool. There is no beach as the hotel is built into the cliff side but there is a small jetty to jump in the sea. Overall the hotel is in a quiet residential neighbourhood with a few bars and shops a short walking distance and Santa Ponsa town 15-20 minutes walk. It’s the staff and views that make this hotel special. "

"Another fantastic holiday at Santa Ponsa Plaza. I love everything about this hotel. Located at the big roundabout opposite the beach this adults only hotel is perfect. Rooms and hotel are very clean and benefit from much needed air conditioning."

"Our base while attending the ATP250 tennis championships at the Mallorca Country Club. Excellent location just off the main drag so a little quieter. Staff very friendly and efficient. We stayed in premium rooms in the Sunrise block. The pools were very busy so the little rooftop pool was a great escape. The breakfast offered lots of choice - cooked breakfast, omelettes made to order, pancakes, pastries, fresh fruit, yoghurts, nuts/seeds, cereal. Our room had 2 double beds, a fridge, tea/coffee, lots of storage and was spotlessly clean. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. "

"Exceptional hotel, sea views are amazing and worth the extra. Staff are excellent, food is lovely and location amazing, just 2 mins to beach dead opposite. Only critical point would be sun beds, stayed 10 nights and not a chance, sad to say towels down at dawn and no sign of empty beds being removed. Not hotels fault just selfish guests."

"This is a wonderful hotel, the location is fantastic! It’s really close to the beach which is beautiful. It has a lot and I mean a lot of eating options. Also it has many markets for anything you need. The hotel itself is great! The breakfast and dinner buffet are also good. The grounds were super clean and the staff was super friendly and helped with anything needed. The room was perfect and very clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I would come back as well. "
