"After a long day of emptying a property, we were looking forward to getting to our room and winding down for the night. Upon arrival into the room, it was like an oven opening up the door. It was 30-degree heat outside, and not one window had been left open to help ventilate or keep the room cool. À la carte breakfast was also very good but there was no fruit offered which I was disappointed with. Times were also a little tight from breakfast, dinner, room cleaning and checkout but it was a small hotel so this is understandable. I would definitely stay here again. Thankyou."

"Very spacious and clean single room. Equipped with fridge and a fan which were both very welcome on the extremely warm conditions. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is undergoing full refurbishment by dedicated owners. Extremely good value for money also."

Not enough room for 4 adults, but it was perfect for my husband and myself. Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the lady working in reception who was wonderful and very understanding when we accidentally booked the wrong date for checking out. The location was great in Seaview, walking distance to the sea with some lovely eating places...
